Garrett Jones and Rexford Hayden Teamed Up to take JDI Windows to a different level of success 15+ years ago. There were a lot of changes that took place from marketing, to Installation practices, to personnel. What use to be 20-30k sales a month, turned into 30x return through hard work, perseverance, and a little luck after their partnership formed.
One thing Rex and Garrett hyper-focus on, is keeping the pipeline wide open with warm leads where every lead contacts JDI Windows for a quote vs chasing leads. They have accomplished that goal successfully through years and years of a positive reputation in the communities within the Denver Metro Areas. They have been awarded Best of the Best Honors, Neighborhood Favorite Awards, Top Honors with different review sites, and many other Top recognition awards for their reputation and service to their customers.
Rex and Garrett are still young and plan on running their company for the long haul. They have always thought about the long game over the short game and their reputation proves that.
Sales
Wes is a true Veteran in the Window Replacement business. Before starting JDI Windows in 1997 with his son Garrett, Wes had been selling windows and siding since the 1980s. He is a true Tin Man. Wes has 8 kids with his beautiful wife Pam. They have been married 54 years and have made one of the most beautiful family’s together consisting of 32 grandkids and 3 great grandkids. Wes will be selling windows for as long as he physically can and loves every minute of it. People love his humor and wit.
Sales
Mark is Rexford Hayden’s father. His experience is Thirty years in Residential construction business. He learned early how to do concrete and framing and other trades at an early young age. It evolved into Hayden Construction that lasted 20+ years before moving to Colorado after the California Recession in the early 90s.
He was recruited out of college to be the VP of Finance for one of the largest remodeling companies in Sothern California.
A few years ago, Rex asked Mark to help out and do some window sales/project managing for him and it’s been great working together ever since. Mark is a true professional and understands Construction like no other salesman. Every customer will get a clear understanding of the scope of the installation with no surprises.
Mark works from April-December every year due to being a snowbird. He enjoys traveling to Lake Havasu every January to March with his wife Jean where he gets to enjoy daily Golfing, walks in sunny weather, and enjoying semi-retirement like he should in his 70s.
Installer
Scott has been married for 22 years. He has 20 year old triplets. Two girls and a boy. Been in construction for 35+ years and has been installing windows and doors for the last 25years. He’s also a “rebel” being our only solo crew. Scott has never worked with a helper. He does the work of 3 guys. Scott’s strengths/skills: Master Carpenter, great coil wrapping skills, can do full cut ins with new headers and frame outs. Great at installing sliding patio doors. Scott has been with JDI Windows for 10+ years and is appreciated and valued.
Installer
Brent Hollingsworth is our Master Installer. He was an installation manager for almost 10 years for us until Rexford Hayden took over as instalation manager. Brent now installs with his son, Garrett as a team. Brent has been installing windows for almost 40 years and has been with JDI Windows for about 15+ years. He has built and remodeled several of his homes over the years and is meticulous over his work. Brent also sells for JDI Windows as a project manager so he’s our only person who both sells and installs for us.

Darrin Chavez has been with JDI Windows longer then any other installer. He started working as a team with his brother. Once his 2 sons Darrin Jr. And Josias became old enough, they started working with Darrin almost 10 years ago. He now has a team of 3 now with his 2 sons. Darrin is a great communicator, very clean and meticulous, and takes great pride in the quality of his work. We value all that Darrin brings to the table as an installer and hope we see many more years of him.

Todd Hollingsworth has been installing for JDI Windows for 15+ years. Hes been working alongside his son Cameron for the past 10 years. Todd has 3 kids and has been installing windows for 30+ years total. In his off time he enjoys working on cars with Cameron, and drag racing at Bandimere speedway.
Todd is one of our most skilled window installers. We give more difficult to larger installs to Todd and Cameron such as stucco Exteriors, full cut ins, coil wrap jobs and jobs were openings need widening or enlarging. Todd has had a home here at JDI Windows for a long time and we hope to keep it that way.

Jesse I’d a talented installer JDI Windows recruited 5+ years ago. Jesse can do it all to full cut ins, coil wraps, headers and carpentry, ect… He works with his helpers Dan and the quality work that comes out of this crew is impressive! Jesse is originally from Southern California and loves to travel back and forth in his spare time. He’s married with 2 kids and says family is his most important thing to him in his life. The reason he works as hard as he does is family. He’s our youngest lead installer and has a very bright future ahead of him.
Appointment & Warranty Coordinator
Lindsey has worked for JDI Windows for 10+ years as an appointment and warranty coordinator. She’s been in the business for about 20 years and started administrative work for other home improvement companies before her career at JDI Windows. Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable about the window industry which makes it nice for our customers being the 1st point of contact. My name is Scott Killman and I’m a retired Army Veteran. Ive been installing windows for over 20 years. After my military service in 2003, I started my career in the replacement window & door industry as an installer. Ive installed Wood, Fiberglass, Composite, Metal and Vinyl Windows. Along with earning my AAMA and Master Installers Certification, my experience installing windows and doors the last 20 years has sharpened my ability to now sell and manage Projects for JDI Windows.
I’ve worked for JDI Windows as an installer since 2017. Approaching my 50s, my aging body couldn’t continue installing windows anymore and I’m now selling and managing projects for the company. My expertise in installing gives me an edge to selling because i know construction and how to properly install your windows based on the application we are removing vs what we are putting in.
Scott covers JDI Windows North Territory from I-70 North to Longmont. From Scott’s military background to his construction background and communication skills, Scott is the perfect Project manager for your Window Replacement Project.
